About Me
My path into Ayurveda and yoga began through my own search for steadiness.
After spending years in survival mode as a single mom, I knew what it felt like to be constantly overwhelmed, always moving, always holding, never quite able to land in my body. I wasn’t looking for something complicated. I was looking for a way to feel grounded again.
Over time, these practices became more than tools, they became a way for me to return to myself over and over again.
I’ve seen, both in my life and in the lives of women around me, what happens when we don’t slow down, when we push past what our bodies are asking for. This work grew from a deep need to create something different. Not just for myself but for my daughters. A space where it’s safe to be soften, to be supported, to come back to yourself.
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2012, completing my 200-hour training in 2014 and a 300-hour training in 2021. My practice is rooted in Ashtanga, which has also been a place of homecoming for me.
Alongside yoga, Ayurveda offered something simple and practical. A way to nourish the body, calm the nervous system and create rhythms that actually support daily life.
As a mother, I understand how easy it is to put your needs last. My work is about helping women reconnect in a way that feels realistic and sustainable through simple practices, bodywork and supportive rhythms that meet you where you are.
What This Space Is
This isn’t about fixing your body or doing everything perfectly.
It’s a space to slow down, to listen, to begin noticing what your body has been asking for.
In our work together, we focus on simple, supportive practices that help you:
feel more at home in your body
soften out of stress and constant doing
create rhythms that actually fit your life
reconnect with nourishment in a real, sustainable way
Each session is designed to meet you where you are. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t need to do more. Just a willingness to pause and begin again.
