About Me

My path into Ayurveda and Yoga began through my own search for steadiness + grounding. Over time these practices have become a way of life that continually bring me home to myself.

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2012 and completed my first 200-hour teacher training in 2014, followed by a 300-hour training in 2021. My yoga practice is rooted in Ashtanga which has continually brought me back home to myself time and time again for almost 15 years.

Alongside yoga, Ayurveda offered me practical tools for nourishing the body, calming the nervous system and creating rhythms that support long term well being.

As a mother, I understand how easy it is to put your own needs last. My work is about helping women reconnect with simple, sustainable way to tend to themselves— through food, daily rhythm, abhyanga and nervous system support that fits into real life.

My Approach

I believe healing doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly. It comes from learning to listen to your body and giving it what it needs in each season of life.

In our work together, I focus on helping you:

• feel grounded and supported in your body

• calm stress and overwhelm

• support digestion, sleep, and energy

• reduce inflammation and tension

• build rhythms that actually work for your life and family

Each session is designed so you leave feeling nourished, grounded, and more connected to yourself.
